Different workout programs that work!!!

As stated in the earlier post, my wife and I tried a few different workout programs and diets. The ones that we found were the best were Body for Life and BeachBody.com's P90, P90x .
The problem with these 2 programs is not actually a problem with the programs. It comes when you stop. With my body type, I lose muscle fast. If I am not working out at least one day a week, I will not maintain my strength. In this situation, the muscle becomes....fat.... This is a major downfall to most people, the believe that when they hit a certain point they can just stop. Both of these programs are good because they suggest a lifestyle change. No fad diets. Just hard work, and good eating....Let me rephrase that. Good CORRECT eating.

The bast way to keep in shape is to combine Aerobic and resistance<(weights). This is what both of these 2 programs do. Any program you find that does this will be sucessful as long as you change so that you are living this kind of lifestyle.
